EPC Works for replacement of HCL and Caustic soda non-metallic piping in condense plant at Ruwais Refinery
This project scope covers the following activities:
The work consisted of detailed design engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Replacement of existing HCL PTFE carbon steel piping with Glass Reinforced Vinyl Ester (GRV) piping.
- Replacement of existing carbon steel caustic soda piping with Glass Reinforced Espoxy (GRE) piping.
- Replacement of associated valves, dampeners, instruments, neutralization pit with nozzle, civil works and structural supports.
