On shore and off shore oil and gas fields and facilities services
UniMarine can carry out a wide range of works for oil and gas industry. We are well positioned to expand our business in providing tailor-made solutions for oil refineries to capture the opportunities presented by the growth of this industry.
Our scope of services for oil and gas industry includes process piping and pipelines construction, metal construction, oil tanks inspection and maintenance services, pressure vessel fabrication, civil works, and thermal insulation for piping and equipments.
Fabrication and erection of pipes and pipelines
UniMarine has shown and proved its capability in handling and managing all types and scales od pipeline projects. Our scope of work includes piping jobs at high and low pressure in underground and above ground installations.
UniMarine has installed entire, complex networks of piping systems composed carbon steel, stainless steel, GRP, GRE, GRV and other material and was developed for all types of media including oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, natural gas, steam, hot oil, compressed air, water and fuel.
Fabrication and renewal of various steel structures
UniMarine can carry out a wide range of steel works for both commercial and industrial sectors. We utilize the latest CNC technology, and have the qualified staff to meet all the needs of the steel construction industry.
Our scope of work ranges form design and engineering supply of material, fabrication and erection.
We have constructed industrial sheds, equipment bearing structures, tanks, pipe racks, ducts and chimneys, in addition to various roofing and façade structures for commercial buildings.
Blasting and painting
UniMarine can undertake both large and small industrial and marine painting projects. With all works performed by experienced well trained painters. In business since 1996 we understand the industrial and marine painting process thoroughly and know what it takes to complete a project properly, within budget and on time.
Our specialty includes painting of chemical tanks, steel structures, pipes, in addition to various marine vessels, and port and offshore structures. Grit blasting and painting are a core service of our business as a part of the steel fabrication process.
UniMarine ensures that blasting and painting are conducted in a high quality manner through following the QHSEMS guidelines and procedures.
Scaffolding internal and external
UniMarine provides any type of scaffolding for construction or maintenance purposes. We have highly qualified team that can deliver up to international safety standards and ensure the safest work environment under the toughest work conditions.
We have erected internal scaffolding in confined areas under very tough conditions. We have worked inside ship and barge hulls and in industrial plants inside ducts and tanks. We have also erected scaffolding in industrial plants at very high altitudes.
Hot and cold internal and external industrial thermal insulation
UniMarine has performed various insulation jobs, both internal and external thermal and cryogenic in different industrial plants and refineries.
Our scope of works covers design, supply of material, fabrication, assembly, and installation. We have completed major projects in cement plants, petrochemical plants, power plants, refineries and in the ship building sectors.
Ship and vessel construction and repair
In addition to dry dock works, UniMarine can undertake complete floating repairs alongside jetties. We are currently utilizing a 300 meter long berthing area and 60,000 square meter dry dock in RAK Maritime city in RAS AL KHAIMAH that can accommodate ships up to 170 meters in length.
We can perform steel repairs for collisions and steels renewals along with new installations or repairs of piping and pressure vessels. We also perform mechanical overhauls including machine shop services.
Mechanical works and repairs
UniMarine can undertake mechanical erection work including equipment up to 200 tons. We can carry out foundation works, necessary steel fabrication, electrical works, alignments, etc.
We can perform all kinds of mechanical repairs during plant shutdowns on engines, conveyor belts, buckets elevators, gear boxes, mills, kilns, etc.
Civil and infrastructure works
UniMarine can undertake a wide range of civil and infrastructure works, with all work performed by experienced well trained professionals. In business since 1996, we have executed many major projects in the UAE in both the commercial and industrial sectors.
We have skilled manpower and the necessary machinery and equipment and in Lebanon we also have our very own ready-mix concrete batching plants to cater for the needs of our business. Our plants are equipped with the latest technology and laboratory equipment to ensure the quality of our works.
